Carly has spent the past 20 years in business leadership, transitioning from management to executive roles, where she successfully scaled organizations and developed leadership teams. Her true passion lies in empowering people to embrace their passions and become their best selves. She believes that healthy leaders with integrity are essential for building strong teams, and she has dedicated her life to helping others flourish.

Anchored by her faith in God, Carly’s values shape everything she does. Recently, she stepped out of the corporate world to fully pursue creating the life she wanted. 

Carly’s favorite titles are wife and “mommy.” She is happily married to the love of her life and the proud mother of two.

Ruthie transitioned from a full-time nursing career of 17 years to become a content creator in 2020. She’s recognized for sharing her beautiful family, faith, and fashion finds on her platform, @ruthieridley.  She has also built a community at @ruthanns_journal where she seeks to uplift others through words of encouragement and scripture. She is a passionate worship leader and  also serves at her local church. Over the past decade, Ruthie has built a loyal following of over 200,000. Most importantly, she values her husband of 17 years and their three children: Ava (15), Savannah (14), and Judah (12).
